🧬 Poster Presentation at Siteman Cancer Center Research Retreat
October 2025: Felicia Gomez presented a research poster titled “Characterizing the Expression Profile of Hodgkin Reed Sternberg Cells using Single Nuclei RNA Sequencing” at the Siteman Cancer Center Research Retreat.
This project integrates exome and single-nuclei RNA sequencing to identify and characterize putative Hodgkin Reed Sternberg (HRS) cells across classical Hodgkin lymphoma samples, revealing transcriptional programs involving CD30, PD-L1, and ERK1/2 pathway activation.
